Tech Bantu IT Solutions LLC, which operates OfferGlow Studio, respects the intellectual property of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Sending a takedown notice
If you believe material we host or delivered infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example, the image URL or your order reference).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
On receipt of a valid notice we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the material, including deleting the file from storage.

Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the Designated Agent that includes: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the removed material and where it appeared; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., for any district in which we may be found) and will accept service of process from the complaining party.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, and consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we will cancel orders from and refuse service to customers who are repeat infringers.
