Privacy Policy

OfferGlow Studio (“OfferGlow Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a virtual-staging and real estate photo-editing service operated by Tech Bantu IT Solutions LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our service, how we use it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have. We keep this short and specific to what we actually do: turn the listing photos you upload into staged listing proof packs with originals kept for comparison.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to produce and deliver your order:

Listing photos you upload

The property images you submit for staging or editing, along with any room labels, styling preferences, or notes you attach to them. These are the working files for your order.

Contact details

Your name, email address, and any message you send us through the contact form or by email, so we can respond and keep you updated on your order.

Order details

The package you select, the rooms and styles requested, and the delivery status of your edits.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and handled under their security standards. We never see or store your full card number. We may receive limited confirmation data from Stripe, such as the last four digits, the card brand, and whether a payment succeeded.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Produce, edit, and deliver your virtual-staging and photo-editing order.
• Process payments and send order confirmations and receipts.
• Provide customer support and answer your questions.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the quality and reliability of the service.
• Send service-related messages about your order or account.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your listing photos for advertising.

Storage and processors

We rely on a small set of trusted service providers to run OfferGlow Studio. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — database and storage for your photos, order details, and contact information.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website and application.

How we handle your photos

Your original uploads are kept alongside the staged and edited versions we produce, so we can revise the work and re-deliver files if you need them. Uploaded photos are stored in a private storage bucket that is not publicly browsable; they are accessed using time-limited, signed links only by us and the processors below that store them on our behalf. We use your photos solely to fulfill your order. We do not sell your images, and we do not share them with third parties except those processors.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Uploaded photos are held in a private bucket and reached only through time-limited signed links; payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit access to what is needed to produce and deliver your order. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law (including California Civil Code § 1798.82).

Retention and deletion

We retain your photos and order information for as long as needed to deliver and support your order and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may request access to, a copy of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@offerglowstudio.com. On a verified request we delete your order records and the stored image files, and we aim to complete deletion within 30 days, subject to any records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

Your California privacy rights

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. California residents may request to know what personal information we hold, request a copy, or request deletion, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@offerglowstudio.com; we may need to verify your request against your order details before acting on it.

Cookies

We use minimal, essential cookies needed to operate the site and keep it secure. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.

Your choices

On occasion we may showcase example before-and-after transformations. If you prefer that your listings never be used as samples, let us know at hello@offerglowstudio.com and we will exclude them. You may also request access to or deletion of your data as described above.

Children’s privacy

OfferGlow Studio is a professional tool intended for real estate agents, photographers, investors, and home sellers. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
