Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you pay, you authorize us to begin production immediately. If you change your mind, email us at hello@offerglowstudio.com within two (2) hours of payment. If we have not yet started work, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Once your paid order has entered our studio queue and we have started work, the revision rounds included with your package are your primary remedy. If you cancel at this stage, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion for work not yet performed.

Once we deliver any staged or edited file to you, the order is fully performed and is non-refundable. Delivered digital work cannot be returned. If a delivered image does not match the agreed scope, your remedy is the included revision round(s), and we will re-edit at no charge any good-faith concern that an image is not MLS-disclosure-ready as described.

If we are unable to deliver an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered work.

If you have a concern, please contact us first at hello@offerglowstudio.com — most issues are resolved with a quick revision or re-edit. Filing a payment dispute (chargeback) for delivered custom work that was provided as described, instead of using the remedies above, is a breach of our Terms. Disputes are handled under the dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms of Service.
